Meet Joe
California business and real estate attorney Joe Sandbank has worked with business owners for over 20 years.
Joe has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, and before attending law school, Joe worked as an accountant, a financial analyst, a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan officer, and a business broker.
As a business and real estate attorney, Joe’s experience gives him the ability to solve problems from a practical standpoint, as well as a legal standpoint.
Joe handles various legal matters relating to business and real estate transactions and disputes, as well as Chapter 7 bankruptcies.
Joe’s practice especially emphasizes the representation of business buyers, sellers, and brokers in purchase transactions and related dispute resolution, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
